I called them up after 2 weeks to ask what's going on, they said they were waiting on stock, apologising and giving me a £20 store voucher. The lady insisted that stock was coming in the next day or two. Another week goes by, I call up again (23rd Oct), and they tell me that they can see that it is now processing, so I should get an alert that it has been shipped within a day. Its now the 28th Oct...and the estimated date of delivery has shifted again! If I was given accurate information earlier on, I could have cancelled the order and bought from EE or somewhere else. But now, its too late, and you can't get the free watch or ear buds. Hugely frustrating experience.

I had ordered on Oct 11 for in store pickup, and it was estimated to be ready for pickup on Nov 2nd. Well, I received the delay notification around 6pm on the 2nd and while chatting with a support associate on their website found out that the delay was due to them not having the stock and when more stock came in my pickup date would be updated. I asked him how long that would usually take as I didn't want my order to be canceled due to the order being delayed for too long and soon after a response from the support associate that he would check into that I got the notification and message from him that the order was canceled and that my money would be refunded. Well, after being transferred to another associate to see if the order could be brought back I was told that the only option was to make another order which I did and hopefully should be ready for pickup on Tues. At the time of ordering, Amazon, Google and BB all had this same promotion and price! I choose BB and get shafted like many others it seems like.
Ordered on Oct 10th, had a nice $200 gift card, and close to a $500 trade-in final value for my P6P on original order. Dates kept being delayed over the last few weeks, and today, BAM they decided to cancel my order!!
Apparently this was due to them not knowing when it would be in stock, but I am ok if its another week but keep it going for the price I agreed to purchase for! NOPE, they canceled the order! Now both the $200 gift card and trade-in bonus are no longer available. It sounds to me like this was an easy way for @bestbuy to get out of selling the item for this price. I spoke to a supervisor at bestbuy and he could not do anything about the extra trade-in value for this and just said there is nothing more they could do.
ANYWAYS, I told them I will not buy from them and went to google directly, got a $500 trade-in value for my P6P and P7P should be here in just a few days!
Never again dealing with BB.
Amazing .... with BB I wait week after week only to keep getting delayed until they eventually throw in the flag and cancel my order since they cant get the item in stock apparently! Today I order from Google directly and 4 hours later I have a tracking # and my order is on the way, should be here in 2 business days!

I'm in the same Best Buy waiting camp - Ordered on October 14th. More frustrating is I have seen a handful of Best Buy posts showing those that ordered delivery a week later received their phones already.
I spoke to an agent and they extended my cancellation date. I'm hoping they honor the trade-in when I get to the store, otherwise I gotta PM the Best Buy reps on their online forum.
Worst experience ever, but the Best Buy gift card is the only one I'd actually use.

Got my shipped notification this morning. Mine is coming UPS! Tracking number not yet registering with UPS. Probably a little later today when it actually gets scanned onto a truck. 1st: Shipped today 5:45 CEST, picked up by DHL 11:35 CEST in the Nederlands. Package now stores for Boarder departure since 12:03 CEST to Germany. (Expects 10/12-13 now.)
2nd order departed today, but is stuck at the sorting base -> new ETA in Google Store 10/14-15
3rd order... nothing so far.
I guess, if someone ordered between 16:45 and 17:00 CEST in Europe track st courier, the package will arrive between 12-13 of October.
Same thing happened for me. I finally got the Google shipping email about an hour after I got the FedEx email.
Like clockwork, got the email from Google!Got the same FedEx notification saying it shipped but it took another couple hours for Google's email to come through saying it's shipped so I'd guess yours should be coming soon. I'm in SC with it coming from IL. Says delivery is by 4:30EST on the 13th.
