Not yet, I have a suspicion it will get sent before the end of the month, the actual Google Store DE website was showing out of stock for the 256GB since after pre-orders went live, this has now changed to show stock available and shows delivery dates before the end of the month. So lets hope

WOW, SAME @#[email protected]#$ experience here with @bestbuy!!!!!!!!!

At the time of ordering, Amazon, Google and BB all had this same promotion and price! I choose BB and get shafted like many others it seems like.

Ordered on Oct 10th, had a nice $200 gift card, and close to a $500 trade-in final value for my P6P on original order. Dates kept being delayed over the last few weeks, and today, BAM they decided to cancel my order!!

Apparently this was due to them not knowing when it would be in stock, but I am ok if its another week but keep it going for the price I agreed to purchase for! NOPE, they canceled the order! Now both the $200 gift card and trade-in bonus are no longer available. It sounds to me like this was an easy way for @bestbuy to get out of selling the item for this price. I spoke to a supervisor at bestbuy and he could not do anything about the extra trade-in value for this and just said there is nothing more they could do.

ANYWAYS, I told them I will not buy from them and went to google directly, got a $500 trade-in value for my P6P and P7P should be here in just a few days!

Never again dealing with BB.

Amazing .... with BB I wait week after week only to keep getting delayed until they eventually throw in the flag and cancel my order since they cant get the item in stock apparently! Today I order from Google directly and 4 hours later I have a tracking # and my order is on the way, should be here in 2 business days!

Will never order any phone from BB again!

MY Best Buy preorder was canceled as well. I had ordered on Oct 11 for in store pickup, and it was estimated to be ready for pickup on Nov 2nd. Well, I received the delay notification around 6pm on the 2nd and while chatting with a support associate on their website found out that the delay was due to them not having the stock and when more stock came in my pickup date would be updated. I asked him how long that would usually take as I didn't want my order to be canceled due to the order being delayed for too long and soon after a response from the support associate that he would check into that I got the notification and message from him that the order was canceled and that my money would be refunded. Well, after being transferred to another associate to see if the order could be brought back I was told that the only option was to make another order which I did and hopefully should be ready for pickup on Tues. I'm in the same Best Buy waiting camp - Ordered on October 14th. More frustrating is I have seen a handful of Best Buy posts showing those that ordered delivery a week later received their phones already.

I spoke to an agent and they extended my cancellation date. I'm hoping they honor the trade-in when I get to the store, otherwise I gotta PM the Best Buy reps on their online forum.

Worst experience ever, but the Best Buy gift card is the only one I'd actually use.

I saw that article as well and I can't believe BestBuy is reneging on all of it. It's a shame because Amazon and Google were offering comparable deals, and yet BestBuy seemingly frauded all you potentials out of doing business with their competition because of this false advertising and now you guys can't even elsewhere to get the same deals that are no longer offered nor is BestBuy willing to honor their original deals/agreements. This seems to be either a severely egregious miscalculation on their part (for which they should make reparations and amends and still honor their original deals) or it was premeditated and calculated (which I personally believe is more likely since I seriously doubt they can be this inept & still benefit from it; maybe to pad their numbers/transaction numbers).

If I were one of all of you, I'd seriously try to get traction on a class action lawsuit. This all seems pretty intentional and premeditated and they either panicked and reneged or calculatedly bailed -- either way, they should pay. Elon Musk would've been hit with $1B as he did the same but decided to go through with things. I know it's not nearly close to $1B, but I'm curious how many $200 gift cards they are reneging on....

For those who have been duped by Best Buy's pre-order debacle/mishandling, I read another article (from the same website & author as the original article I spoke about in my earlier post) that basically illustrated how the person who was still getting the runaround, delayed, and duped by Best Buy dropped his pre-order and opted to purchase from the Google Store because of their Black Friday $150-off deal. It's not quite the $200 worth of gift card at Best Buy, but at least it's something akin to the $200 deals pre-ordering the P7P had from Google & Amazon....
might be something worth considering if any of you are still waiting, frustrated, and this might be an acceptable alternative...

It's pretty interesting that's said in the article that it seems pretty clear that Best Buy is just seemingly "delaying" honoring the orders, blaming it on supply issues (even though all corresponding stores [Google, carriers] are fully stocked), when most likely they mis-valued trade-ins and/or didn't want to honor discounting the mis-value on them and/or really just merely does not want to honor the $200 gift card offer....

At least at my Best Buy, they got them in stock at the beginning of November. It looks like they reordered stock from Google and received shipments. I was able to go through the pick-up process in store without issue, although the trade-in didn't show the extra $250 credit until after the full transaction was processed.

Still got everything including the gift card, and they sent a bonus $10 gift card for use by January.

Got my shipped notification this morning. Mine is coming UPS! Tracking number not yet registering with UPS. Probably a little later today when it actually gets scanned onto a truck. Eagerly looking forward to real life end user reviews of the modem, heat, and battery. I already know the cameras will be more than enough for me.

I ordered one for my Mother on the 11th with express shipping. The delivery date says the 13th-16th. Today is the latest day it should be here but it hasn't even shipped. I don't know if it matters but I ordered for her through Google Fi.

there are many options to track the parcel if you are live in India like

• Blue Dart.
• DHL.
• ST courier
• FedEx.
• Ecom Express.
• Shiprocket.

That doesn't make any sense. It is being delivered by UPS he said.
