pixel launcher not work android 10

Hi everyone, i cant use pixel launcher. it installs but crash. I have the latest version of android, I clarify that I am not root. anyone have any solution?

You can't use the pixel launcher apk because this isn't a pixel.

You can get rootless pixel launcher from the store, or something like lawnchair is fairly similar too.
