Yes I started using the Google Pixel XL today on Total Wireless and everything is working perfectly.

I used Pixel XL on total wireless too. However, I cannot make phone calls and use data at the same time. Any solution?

Verizon MVNOs do not currently have access to HD Voice, and newer phones like the Pixel generally do not have two cellular radios, so you cannot simultaneously talk and use data over cellular on a Verizon MVNO like Total Wireless at this time. I don't remember, but you may be able to do both with a wifi connection. Boom Mobile has claimed that they are expecting HD Voice in the first quarter this year, but they also missed on their prior suggestions about it happening before the end of 2016.
