IF OFFICIAL LINEAGE OS SUPPORTS THAT SO IT WORKS
VULKAN also should work if it supports

INSTALATATION STEPS:
1. Reboot to the TWRP recovery
2. Go to Wipe > Advanced Wipe> tick all except the last two Micro sd and USB OTG and Swipe to WIPE

4. FLASH GAPPS MINI from opengapps.org arm64 >7.1> gapps mini
5. Flash MY MOD V07 MOD DOWNLOAD
6. Reboot
7. To get a Google assistant to work use English language for UNITED STATES (OKAY GOOGLE WORKING but don't update it )

if you don't like it please feel free to ask all ROM developers to add PIXEL GOODIES on a board. For example we don't have any compiled ROM with pixel home button animations, assistant with fully working OKAY GOOGLE feature, nor we have any live or simple wallpapers. If you know a ROM which have these all my pixel goodies on a board feel free to share links. I would really appreciate that. Anyone on this thread will be happy to see this. And i will stop my development on this "MOD"Why ROM?
Usually ROM based on sources (CAF, AOSP or CM). But, your work correctly named - Global MOD, because base of your work is LineageOS.
Otherwise - refers to the sources, kernel sources and else device tree.
