There are no Pixel security patches in the July 2019 Pixel Update Bulletin.

Security fixes are not specific to Pixel in most cases. Security fixes are addressed for Android OS updates. Check under "Android Bulletins" and not "Nexus/Pixel Bulletins". See this link for July Security fixes - most apply to Pixel as well.
