ummmm... thx r u a vzn cust svce rep?I said it before and I'll say it again. If you live in a large city then the chances of being throttled is a lot greater to happen than if you live in the middle of no where. I am on the new UDP and last month I hit over 80 gigs and no throttling happened. As I live in the middle of no where so not as many people as compared to a larger city. Now I am sure if I went to Richmond va I could almost bet ya I would of been. But you knew what you was getting in to when taking the new UDP that they might throttle ya so don't get all mad that it happened to you.
ppl have a rite to get angry if they get throttled after specifically being told by vzn that that wouldnt be
thats the whole pt... they were not told accurately by vzn"what they were getting into"

i simply assume that i am going to be throttled cuz i live in a big city
regardless of vzn telling me ow
but ill find out for sure and shr results with folks that care
