Pixel XL and I moved from Grandfathered VZ Unlimited to new Unlimited, here's why

My mother in law used about 45gb worth of data on her iPad last cycle and I never heard her complain about deprioritization. She's in Covina (LA County). We were on T-Mobile before and she was constantly having congestion issues.

Yeah I haven't been throttled yet. And to be honest I feel like I should be way past my 10GB tethering but no noticeable speed declines yet there either.

and might be due to other factors
