Have you tried flashing the OTA image using fastboot even though it's meant to be updated from recovery? Just a thought. (7.1.2 NJH47F that is, based on your current bootloader version)

Hello guys, I come with good news.
I have a friend living in USA, he could talk to Google Pixel Support and he took my old phone to repair.
Yesterday I received a new Pixel XL as replacement, so I haven't the problem related to this post.
Thank you all guys, and special thanks to my friend who took care of everything.

Same problem here and can not find any solution

I am from Bangladesh and I have also a bricked pixel phone which boot loader is locked. I am able to enter recovery mode and I am able to install official update by side load but the phone does not booting up and still there is boot loop.

Please help me, I am a very poor man!
