Pixel XL via Google Store - Unable to View Order History

Hey,

Just wondering if anyone else who has pre-ordered the Pixel XL is unable to actually view their order history. I just get a page like this:



Same issue using different browsers and computers so does not seem to be an issue my side.

I've tried contacting store support but they just seem to keep sending some template email about viewing my transaction on payments.google.com (Which does not actually give any details on the order)

Well hate to be the one to tell ya, but your order got canceled due to technical difficulties. How I know?? Well it happened to me. Same thing, and was being bounced back and forth to google finance and google store. Finally got an email from google store telling me it was canceled on their end from "technical difficulties" and gave me a $100 promo for my next Pixel XL order. So fast forward to 10/14 I come across black 128 xl in stock and order, apply promo code and it complains that pomo code has been used already. So I call again, they are confused. By that time no more 128 xl's lol. Finally got another email that said to just order and they will refund $100 when the device ships. So F5 page until I got to order what I wanted lol. Now estimated delivery is 11/23-11/25 when my first original order was the 20th.

Placed my order on the 4th during the launch event. Still shows PENDING and estimated delivery date of 21-24 October,

Hello. The issue you are facing is a "common" (not really common, but it's not an isolated case) issue.
To view your horder history and/or order numbers you can do that in 2 ways:
- from payments.google.com
- from https://play.google.com/store/account (mixed orders between Play Store and Google Store)

If you want to see the ACTUAL order page with order status etc, you can access it by going into the email order confirmation you received (if you "lost" it, search it by the order number you can get from the page above putting it in the search box of Gmail or whatever), and looking in the footer of the email you'll see a blue link "cancel your order". Click it (it won't cancel your order, don't worry) and it will bring you to the page of your order, with all the info you are looking for :fingers-crossed:

(well, it's possible as well that his order has been canceled, but it has nothing to do with the issue of not being able to see the order history)

I had no order history myself or payment. So it's definitely possible that's what happened. Matter of fact, google was unable to find that I placed the order and was asked multiple times if I used the correct email address.

He can see the order, just not enter into the order itself to see the details.

Thanks. Clicking the cancel link in the email allows me to see the order status.

Last email I got from support was that I can't see it because the payment has not been authorised yet. I'm not sure support really knows what is happening. Anyway, I've just got my order shipped email but still can't see my order history.

I had a similar problem but it was with a Case, wouldn't show, in the end luckily Chrome had the tab still open from when my order was successful so I just cancelled it there.
