Please share this file
Code:
%AppData%\PixelFlasher\factory_images\oriole-sp2a.220505.002\flash-phone.bat

Then open it in notepad
You should see the first line to be
chcp 850.

if there is a dot there, please remove the dot
and double click on the file, if your phone reboots, we're good
if it does not, change 850 to 1252 and double click again.

Thanks

Ok can not help now. I have flash latest Image manuel with flash_all and now its not boot up. Reboot always in bootloader.
You did the steps manually? and your phone is bootlooping? (which guide did you follow?)
flash_all would have wiped your phone, or did you modify it?
If you flashed factory image yourself with wipe, your phone should not be bootlooping.

The above test that I asked for can be even performed without the phone attached.
If you get file not found it means it didn't work, you get anything else it means it worked.

Yes use flash-all.bat. have flash again and now say is corrupted and i see only now charging symbol. I used this guide: https://rootmygalaxy.net/flash-fastboot-images-on-google-pixel-6-and-google-pixel-6-pro/

I have unlock befor with fastboot flashing unlock and after this fastboot flash vbmeta --disable-verity --disable-verification vbmeta.img. Thene i have use flash-all.bat.

Edit i am back again and flash now with Android Flash Tool. Hope its working.

Install Complete

The build has been successfully installed. It is now safe to unplug your device.

All working now.

I believe 1252 is good for your case.

Happy to hear that you were able to get your phone working again.

Here's an updated version that allows you to specify the codepage.
Change this setting in File Menu | Advanced Configuration.

New Release:
May 25, 2022 v3.3.2 release
  • Handle system codepage.
  • Add configurable codepage setting in advanced settings to be able to override the value.
  • Selected boot color is now blue instead of red to avoid thinking that it has a problem.
  • After Flashing, clear connected device to avoid using device in case it is not yet ready.
  • Fix: Paste boot button should be hidden in basic mode.
  • Always print md5 of Magisk_patched (previously only verbose mode displayed it).
  • Wait 10 seconds instead of 5 seconds after reboot before issuing next command.

Can I flash android 12l on at n t pixel 6
I'm sure you can, I have not done so, so I'm not speaking of experience, however I see no reason why it shouldn't work, it's just another image.
Perhaps others who have done so can chime in.

Make sure you follow the 12L flashing instructions, ie if it requires a wipe then do the wipe (probably it does not require)

it doesn't work in windows 11 dev
Are you talking about Windows 11 Insider builds? Which build?
What exactly does not work? What happens at what point?
Sorry I don't have /use Insider builds, so the only way I can figure this out is by your or others feedback, as detailed as possible.
Don't run as administrator.
Thanks

This is the support thread of PixelFlasher for Google Pixel 6
PixelFlasher is an open-source self contained GUI tool to facilitate Pixel phone device flashing/updating with extra features.

Basic mode: Should suit most users. Some of the features in basic mode are:
    • Simple UI interface, click and go. No more command line.
    • Fully automated, pre-patch factory image with Magisk (without user interaction) and perform upgrades without losing root.
No more manually extracting files transferring to the phone, patching / re-flashing and doing multiple reboots.
No more setting airplane mode and clearing storage to retain Safetynet passing.
(This Assumes that the phone was previously rooted with Magisk)
    • Choose to keep data or wipe data.
    • Ability to flash even if multiple devices are connected to the computer.
    • Display information about the phone.
      • id
      • hardware
      • current installed firmware.
      • if it is rooted with Magisk.
      • Magisk version
      • connection mode.
    • Display Android Platform Tools (SDK) version.
    • Advanced features are hidden to keep the interface simple and easy to follow.
    • A lot of checks and validations for smooth operation.
Expert mode: (should only be turned on by experienced users). In addition to the basic features, you get:
    • The ability to flash custom ROM (with or without patching boot.img)
    • Option to flash to both slots.
    • Options to disable verity and or verification.
    • Ability to change the active slot.
    • Ability to live boot to custom boot.img (temporary root).
    • Ability to boot to recovery.
    • Ability to flash custom image: boot, recovery, radio, kernel, ...
    • Ability to sideload an image.
    • Lock / Unlock bootloader.
    • Disable Magisk modules to get out of bootloop (experimental).

For full details on where to download / usage and feature set of the tool, visit the main thread at XDA or the project's Github page.

    Troubleshooting:

Note: This thread is meant for issues and problems faced in Google Pixel 6 devices, generic issues that are device agnostic should be discussed in the main thread.

first of all, thanks for making this, I was nervous after having some confusing conversations about the rooted updating process and have put it off for a while.

had a random adb disconnect at the start, but after I replugged and started again - it worked perfectly
    rooted, flashed shipping firmware (12.0.0 (SD1A.210817.019.C2,Oct 2021) to current ((SP2A.220305.013.A3, Mar 2022))

did the package prep, dry run, keep data / dirty flash
