play AVIN and use Bluetooth BLE on JOYING SC9853i

I remark the last upgrade of JOYING Android 8.1 Intel Airmont eight-core 1.8GHz SC9853i (April 2020), BLE is now not supported, i don't know why?

Of more, i want to use libVLC on my Android code, to play AVIN signal, what is the input signal: /dev/video0 ??
