Play Store crashing

Just got my AT&T Note 3 and I have been having this problem. And don't know what to do. I tried to restore the phone and downaded all my apps again. Still happening. Don't know what to do. Also can't get update until crash happened.

I posted a picture when it happened while I was setting up my email.


Please let me know if anyone else been having the same problem and what is the solution?

this is what I have tried so far

1. restored the phone

2.Clear cash in play store and service.

3.Clear data in play store and service

4. Uninstalled play store and service

Any other suggestions please help. Maybe an application or something cusses that.

I had a similar issue after I rooted my phone, but after I uninstalled the update that was applied to the Google play store, Google play worked just fine for me.

Go into recovery Volume Up + Power button. What options do you have in there?

tried to reset app preferences from the settings menu of the application manager?

Seen this previously on a Note 2. Go into applications... and locate disabled apps, check to see if Download is disabled.... that may be the cause of Play Store crashing...

its as itsmikeramsay said.. happened to my note3 too.. i did the same.. enabled the downloads app.. and voila.. its working again
