Play Store Server Error

Anyone else having this issue? I cleared the cache, data, and uninstalled updates. Won't work on WiFi or cell service.

I did a factory reset and it's still the same issue.

My phone is the OnePlus version switched to Global. I have had the phone for a couple weeks and everything has been excellent until now.

Just wait. It's a server side issue and many people have this issue.

Mine works fine again.

I get the same error yesterday after OOS 9.0.13 update.
Partially solved after clear cache and data for Play Store and Google Play services and delete Google account. But Installed applications were not shown and the "automatic update" per app field were missing.
Solved after install last update of Play Store and Google Play services from APKMirror.
