play store will not connect cm zip-otter2-twrp-2.6.3.1-recovery

I have successfully installed zip-otter2-twrp-2.6.3.1-recovery on my kindle fire hd
if i try to install any other version it gets a error installing.
but when i try to set it up i get the unfortunately hangouts, Google plus, android keyboard has stopped.
and when i try to connect to the play store it tells me no connection please retry. but i can connect to the internet fine.

i am using gapps version gapps-jb-20130813-signed
