Play store will not open!!

My Google play store will not open it only shows the opening splash screen. I have tried Clearing the cache and the data in both play store and play services to no avail. Also tried disabling, rebooting, etc...

I did get the play store to load in safe mode however it wouldn't download any of the updates it was just stuck at download pending.

My device is op7t tmobile version hd 1907

Go to Google Play Store in Apps and uninstall updates (3 dots at upper right), restart phone, try the play store again.
Also might want to try Aurora for installing & updating apps Aurora app from XDA
