My phone keeps lagging. I figured out its because ram keeps dropping extremely low. Anybody having this problem? I even set my OOM to very aggressive & it still would drop low & lag.

While free RAM is normally pretty high, 170 to 230 MB, I have seen my RAM drop lower than any reading I've ever seen with any ICS or JB Rom: as low as 45 MB free. Don't know why.

I'm not sure that I'm seeing much of any ill effects though. Apps open about the same way and navigation around menus is about as fast as other JB roms.

Team Horizon may just be doing things differently....

Problems for me in the latest build.
Halo now is smaller then before (and this is good), but the images for swype actions are still big.
In ROM Settings I get a strange layout: it's like two panel mode is enabled, but I checked and it's not.
I tried to do a clean installation, but it didn't help.
I can't provide screenshot because I needed my phone today, so I restored my backup.
BTW, still one of the best roms. Thanks!

Have a close look at the changelog on the xenonhd site (linked in 2nd post). I saw mention of 2 panel display for settings if the device met a minimum resolution. My guess is that our sensations do meet it.

I normally use inverted GAPPS (midnight gapps project) that uses Team Blackout inverted apps and have never had a problem with them. However, with this update, if I use those GAPPS it gets stuck on the boot animation. Any ideas why this would happen? Also get stuck on boot animation if I try to flash my Titanium Backup update.zip.

use the option in Titanium Backup to create an update.zip with all the apps and data. I always install rom and inverted gapps, then boot the ROM and set things up and then go back and flash the update.zip from titanium backup. I can get the rom to boot with normal GAPPS, was just curious what would cause the inverted to get stuck at the boot animation

Yeah..
Halo is a bit messed up..
Managed to fix the swype actions (sort off)
But the wave animation is still disorianted
Before that, everything inside the halo appered to the lower right corner and the halo closed in the top right of the closing circle ..
Plus, the new colour options..
Black is actually pink :p
But other the halo, i love the rom :D
Great touch with the sidebar xenon settings ;)
