Unfortunately not, but I started a few days ago to work on the android kernel for 4.3.x

Finally a kernel cm10.1, I really did not want so many modifications of the original kernel cm10.1.

What else do I look for is:
- 192 MHz;
- Overclock, but not much, 1.7 is enough. When I play, he heats at 1.5 imagines at 1.8 or more;
- CPU Voltage Control.
- Very fast boot. (I think a little slow compared to other devices, like the Galaxy S3, my wife has one)

What is good, but still not necessary: (I run all games without any lag)
- GPU Overclocking;
- GPU Voltage Control.

What is not necessary:
- Dual Recovery; (cwm is enough)
- DoubleTap2Wake. (do not miss this for me)

Just some advice on who would be a user of your kernel, since most uses cm10.2 with android 4.3, but I am fully satisfied with cm10.1.3.

no it's not. this is the core limit set by qualcomm.

Default BUS is 533MhZ. This parameter increases the speed of the data bus, which gives a faster flow of information through the RAM, processor, etc. But using it on the lower frequencies, only slowing down, not accelerating.
