I have not been able to root the rom. I flashed addn for 14.1 lineage, arm64 but superSU app still says it needs to update binary and no root privilages.
I probably miss something very important here.

I installed addon then SuperSU and then I went to Developer Setting and I enabled root for everything.

1: Go to a terminal app and write this:

su 
killall cameraserver

No need to reboot but if it's not working then a reboot is still required but try
2: Also happening on i9300. Not a bug just the absence of a shutanimation.zip as LOS is AOSP. This lets you see what's happening in the background.

Killing mediaserver won't have any effect :/ Since Android 7.0 the mediaserver was split in more processes including cameraserver. To restart the camera completely, the command I wrote will do this job.

Titanium Backup gets stuck on "searching for application data", so I'm unable to restore my data (and use the rom) :/
Also "The nexus" app settings reset when I reboot my phone. Another bug is that phone unlocks when I touch home button although I disabled such option in nexus app.

@Poesini I believe It's because they are branched as 'ln-14.1' and not 'cm-14.1'.

I just updated from an earlier version and unfortunately performance feels way worse. Lag in display updates while scrolling both launcher and settings app, settings app crashing altogether and generally the phone just feels slower.
Not meaning to devalue the work all you people did, but I'm restoring my backup for now and wait for the next release

I have been using RR since Friday and this is much more stable.
I had come back to TW because of being fluent. But now, it looks like AOSP is getting really good.
