Please help! - Bricked phone

With help from my brother, we were trying to root the phone. Got so far and didn't have an SD card to continue so then tried to relock and stuffed everything up. Phone won't boot and says device has failed verification and will not work properly.

Getting an XA2 Ultra when they are released but need a working phone in the meantime.

Please tell me this can be fixed!
