Please help I can't get any kind of market

Hi there.I've just don't a factory reset on my advent Vega tegra 250.everything worked on it before I don't the reset.now It booted up fine.
But my problem is I've downloaded appslib and I get this msg(a server error occurred,please retry) but it does nothing.
Also downloaded app centerand get this msg (unable to connect to server.not trusted server certificate)

Sorry fir this long post but I am absolutely clueless what to do it try next.

Any help much appreciated

You don't need to be rooted!

Read the installation instructions carefully first and then proceed to the NVFlash version (filename with .EXE extension).
