PLEASE HELP, I fully flashed my Huawei P10 plus but CTS profile still returns failed

Hello everyone,

I rooted my phone, and then unrooted it and flashed with DC Phoenix. But my Huawei P10 Plus' CTS profile match still returns false. I cannot use certain apps and Google Pay. Can someone help me with this please. I still have access to the DC Phoenix and HCU Client account but do not know what else to do. Just need to completely sort this out.

Why did u use DC for those simple steps...
You can use service rom for your version to repair all partitions. Use force method for that. Service roms you can find on androidhost.ru. If you dont sure which version you need to download give me your last version in ohone.

I do not know my last version. Before I used DC Phonenix, I tried flashing through ADB fastboot, but it was giving multiple errors, DC Phoenix worked seamlessly. But, CTS profile match returns: failed.
Bootloader and FRP are currently returned as Locked. So not sure why this is happening?

I don't understand you. You said your cts profile is fail... So u can boot phone normaly, can you?
For service rom you must know
1. Dual sim or Single sim
2.oem region C432 EU region, C185 middle East etc
3.last build number or security patch

You should know that before you start to root or flash something in phone...
