Hello, can someone provide the android 10 update for this unit? my selle is sh*** and dont send me any update! I just update to the update that was posted above ( ZQ_MTK1B_UPDATE_C01_HB1_U802U803U804-90-EN_2009091549_Q) and works fine, but its android 9, can someone send me the link to the android 10? thank you very much .

I bought the radio with android 10 and with carplay built-in, but I can´t see my phone, with ios and android, I know that it´s necesary zlink app, but i don´t have it in my radio. somebody had this problem? Now I have the firmware ZQ_MTK1B_UPDATE_C01_HB1_Foreign1Ui1-10-EN_2008191525, I try to put ZQ_MTK1B_UPDATE_C56_HA2_U802-10-EN_2011251021 but it´s impossible.

Try to go to: Factory settings and enable Zlink on the Apps menu! Some apps comes disable ( on mine zlink was one of them) and you have to enable them!

I didn´t have luck, I make reset factory but I don´t have zlink, I have qlink app but all time the radio show, please connect the phone. I try to update the firmware but I can´t, the radio detect the usb but don´t start to update. I unzip the file in a usb only, do I have to do something else?

Hi, sorry for the delay in my answer.

I was able to install the new firmware you posted. I apreciate it a lot!

I have to try more with others GPS apps, but I think some problems were solved.

I have to ask you some things.
Are you able to configurate the "Steering Wheel Settings"? Because there's no response on press a wheel button and press the "reset" or "save" button in this menu.
And the other one is if there's any way to change the Menu? There's a car photo in every menu, but I don't know if there's a way to change it.

i had the same issue... but this is not the issue... in your android screen it shows nothing but only the Save and Reset button... but dont worry about it... just press the button on your steering wheel for at least 2 seconds.. then the android screen will prompt you the button's option.

Hello!!! My problem is that when playing music or radio and GPS (Sygic, google maps igo ...) running at the same time, the TTS voice commands freeze and crash. When GPS only works, then TTS voices work a little better. But the problem is also in the normal voice instructions of the gps software. the system encountered this problem after the MCU upgrade and firmware upgrade in the latest versions (The files were sent by the seller). I do not know if it is a matter of system setup or a problem with the upgrades.
