Wiping the product-model and changing the build number to (bootloader) :System 8.0.0.046(042P)
The FW is o.k., has been used thousands of times. The problem is that neither the HuRu method nor dload works for you, that's probably not a coincidence...
Maybe L21 vs L31 is a problem, but it shouldn't be (I know more people did L21 >> L31 C10 rebrand). It depends on what all you did with the phone before rebranding.
Try to find C185 oeminfo.img somewhere, then use the procedure: Twrp > oeminfo > Power off > dload > factory reset.

Thanks, I'll try that. I've had no luck in finding the oeminfo but I'm still searching.
Many C185 firmware files are not downloading (123-126 all silently failed to download) but I got 127 and 133. Hopefully one will work.
Firmware 9.1 link says there have been too many downloads recently, so I'll try later. Anyway, I need the oeminfo first.

The link you gave me won't download, that is what I am saying. It asks for the captcha, shows the download button, then drops me into the search page (https://androidhost.ru/search.html) when I click on it. The same happens for all LLD-L21 C185 up to 126 on that site. Only 127 and later download.Your choice, I gave you a link to 100% FW, but you are looking for other options again . Install TWRP 3.2.1 by pretoriano80 and flash oeminfo.img for C636, download

The process will lock your bootloader!
You can also try rebrand to the LLD-L31 C10 region, (the necessary files for the HuRupdater tool are available only for C10):
- make sure you have OEM unlock enabled in developer options
- boot into TWRP, flash LLD-L31C10 oeminfo.img (can be found in linked MEGA folder) ,go back to TWRP's main menu, select install zip, mark folder with HuRu + 3 files, tap HuRupdater-04.zip, swipe.
- Factory reset in stock recovery (the process will overwrite TWRP automatically). More detailed info here:

This process will lock your BL again (due to oeminfo change) !
Do the rebrand only if the phone is fully functional with the current version!
