Thank you for your reply. I have downloaded that file, but there is no update.zip according to the attached document. So I tried to copy all files to USB and tried to flash, and I got a setting icon with the text 'error'.
Leave zip file, don't unzip.
Just copy file as downloaded to USB FAT32 formatted and try.
TV must be Off . Press and hold TV power button.......
Edit:
Instead of "p6us-p65us_update_2020", you can rename zip file just to "update"

Thank you again for your instant reply. Unfortunately, it didn't work. I even tried to convert to update.rar (use rar tool), because the Russian document said to copy update.rar to USB. And it didn't work either.
