Please Help! This item is not available in your country (when it is)

Hi guys,

I'm facing a weird issue with my op3t. It's on latest official software, rooted.
Recently my insurance provider updated their mobile app and even though it's for the actual country I live in and connect from, and the older app worked fine (even though is now obsolete and retired), when I go to play store it won't allow me to download it saying it's not available in my country which isn't correct!

I tried wiping data for play store/play services and retried using VPN for the same country, but this still doesn't solve the problem.

Is there any other way I can force download/force install an app?

You can definitely try a store other than google play store.
