the 1st image isn't a error...it's just saying that lock was not done (because you selected clean all only)... nothing to worry about

Yes it booted, but it asks me password for Mi Account, which I forgot, to Activate the device

oh... try to use the "i forgot the password" option... because maybe you'll be in troubles to unlock bootloader again

I suspected a betrayal in the super.img file and that's why I asked about its size. I'm glad the error was found.
