Please help..with rooted tmobile dell streak 7..

Ok I downloaded the latest version renamed it update.pkg when I rebooted and tried to click on update from update.pkg it brings me to recovery in says install from zip.or upate.wipe cache.etc.

Wheres the correct package for tmobile 3.2 and whats the best way to flash it..
