every time it gave me error 294 invalid vendor id and now i want to know how to fix this

All the answers are in this forum my friend. Do you honestly think you're the first person to have an issue flashing a ROM? Start at the top and read. You'll find the answer somewhere. If I knew how to do it off the top of my head I'd tell you myself, but I don't, so I'd have to read the forum to find out myself so I could tell you!!
