Please Ins't There Any Developer Who Can Unlock Bootloader

After 3 Years of Saving money For Mobile I Bought XT926 because i heard it is good lots of custom ROM

now my phone is doing several / Many Crashes ,Restarts , Auto Calling

I thought i should install some custom rom because already tried 5 times HARD RESET

is there any method to unlock its boot

please developers i beg you unlock its bootloader plz

The bootloader can now be unlocked via the SunShine app but it will cost $25...
