phone work on my 2.1 from the orange and and from the pc compasction not working

but it is not the software from the orange, it is different

There's no way to get the orange branding back that I know of, why do you need it any way ?

you have : install 1.6 Stock ROM, an get the Original Code of your phone, that one you changed in build.prop to get the first time you flashed your phone for getting root and 2.1.a.0.6 ROM, (the code like 1234-0000) or something like that, you need the original one, then, edit the build.prop of the 1.6 rom installed on your phone, and put the original code, and connect your phone to PC Companion, so it'll update your phone to the 2.1 Orange Branded ROM
