I have a Lumia 800 with DEV unlock but a cant use WP7/ ROOT TOOLS anybody can helpme ?

what i need to make?

Is possible to grant permissions to "WP Root tools" with any registry editor?

I have not the Qualcomm boot and my hardware is 2.4

not for 2.4 , and there is no estimate date for unlock...dont raise your hopes cuz now WP8 is the new lime light!
