PLS Help! Problem with Wi-Fi and mobile data on the TECNO SPARK 8C

Hello everyone, I can't solve the problem with Wi-Fi and mobile data on the TECNO Spark 8C smartphone
What is the problem - when I put the phone on lock and the screen goes out, or the phone itself goes into lock after a while, then after some time, about 5-10 minutes Wi-Fi and mobile data turn off, because of this my frends cannot contact me through instant messengers, such as Viber, Whatsapp, Telegram...

What have i tried:
1) Reset the Wi-Fi, cellular and Bluetooth settings.
2) Reset the settings.
3) Deleting all the data (resetting the settings to factory settings).

I ask you to help solve this problem, since I do not know what else can be done, and I do not want to make a refund because the phone is really good.

I have Tecno spark 8c too, and have same issue. 5 minutes later... WiFi and mobile data goes off. Touch any button to wake up the screen or unlock then On wifi and mobile data inmediatly. Reset default done, search in configuration, does not seem nothing about time or save battery option (have an option but is dissabled always). The issue is at a random times but not always. Custom rom should not be a solution. I suspect that it is a HIOS app which is doing that, but I don't know which one it could be, The last thing that occurs to me is that it does it in a predictive mode like AI, where it assumes that I am not going to use the phone to save battery, but it should be optional. And also 5000 mah is for a day and more with full options on. I have disabled many apps, but the results same. The phone is fantastic, zero lags. but with this problem is hard to use and recomend

I've owned this phone (Tecno Spark 8c) for a few months now.
I have noticed the same issue few weeks after acquisition, and this is quite annoying because I mainly use bluetooth headphones, and it disconnects too.
How I fixed this:
  • Install another launcher like Nova (the issue looks somewhat linked to the hiOS launcher)
  • Set the new launcher as default
  • Reboot and start the new launcher with the home button
  • Go to the apps settings and "force stop" hiOS launcher
  • Clear up all storage and cache for hiOS
  • Disable all permissions and notifications for hiOS
  • Use the "recent apps" button to close all active apps/windows
  • this does the trick for me

I don't have any issues with Bluetooth, just mobile data turning off on it's own.
