Here is my version of the Community Hero Mix. This is not the official Nabzilla release. Always do a backup before doing any modifications to your device!
You will see the theme.theme in framework. Don't worry. It won't hurt your theme. This is for the Cyanogen Updater app (edit: finished uploading to updater app @ 0256 2/1/10.)

Just installed this theme. WoW, looks very good and, as far as I can tell, working like a charme! All the v3.9 features (application drawer, extra screens) are preserved and working well.

@providence: The new phone.apk vibrates when the person on the other side answers your call

EDIT: When in landscape-mode the drawer pull thing ;-) doesn't seem to rotate or the image is missing...

Which order do I flash those in?

I've flashed music update then theme all in one go (you can do that with new recovery image) and now I get a bunch of force closes at the begining and the phone practically doesn't work.

EDIT: nevermind, tried it both ways, then tried just theme - my phone does not seem to like it for some reason.
