you know I have never gotten dolby to work on a rom without it being built in.
flashing from outside I don't understand which is the one that works well.
Dolby on ported oxygen os is the best. Baikal is first custom rom that has it

So, the dolby increases the audio loudness of poco f1 without distorting the speakers. No bro. It shows tremendous increase in audio quality especially on poco f1 with its bad speakers. on a custom rom without dolby the speakers are incredibly mute. but on Oxygen OS port and this ROM, dolby makes the sound almost comparable to my one plus 6 and especially the low audio parts on a rom without dolby I can hardly hear anything but with dolby it sounds actually good.
its not a gimmick.
no distortion on Oxygen OS port at least. Absolutely not.So, the dolby increases the audio loudness of poco f1 without distorting the speakers.
Does it also changes the sound of earphones?
I have tried a clean flash using your latest linked NikGApps. Once booted, no GApps are installed. Is anyone else having this issue, or just me? The MD5 has been checked. No errors when flashing either.I've updated my NikGApps and included
I've talked with Nikhil and all these 4 packages needed now with the new update to fix the issues with Android System Intelligence and Settings crashes which some users face. One user in crDroid telegram here explained what happened, this wasn't my fault or my "bad gapps".
- DevicePersonalizationServices=1
- SettingsServices=1
- PrivateComputeServices=1
- GoogleTTS=1
Clean flash is mandatory as Nikhil told me.
Please try with the previous build 13-03-2023 and let me know.I have tried a clean flash using your latest linked NikGApps. Once booted, no GApps are installed. Is anyone else having this issue, or just me? The MD5 has been checked. No errors when flashing either.
I have installed with a different GApps, but experiencing issues which I believe are related to that GApps I used.
I would like to use this one, but tried 3 times.
This seems to have installed successfully this time. Thanks

Some part of me really wants to hear more about this intriguing backstory, and others really don't.
Reason I stopped using telegram for custom ROMs.
Fixed.@Retrial The Arrow OS installation guide is incorrect, Arrow uses dynamic partition and a different recovery.

Derpfest is really good too, has some nice lockscreen fonts. But for me I think lineage and crdroid are the best.for me reloaded OS is the smoothest. although I love Ricedroid the most because of its great features and customisation. love the big bold geo something lockscreen font. and the sounds collection is also awesome.
the only reason I am using reloaded OS 22 feb 2023 build is because work profile works on that. after march I guess, to avoid os constantly pinging google servers for updates, they made changes to host file which is marked risky by Symantec because they created localhost for saving battery.
cr droid is not smooth as far as I have tested.Derpfest is really good too, has some nice lockscreen fonts. But for me I think lineage and crdroid are the best.
crDroid is fine.Hey people
Is crDroid stable now? I am on Awaken since a couple of months, but I want to switch back to crDroid. I don't have potential to try myself, maybe I am getting old.![]()
