POCO F2 Pro GPU driver update

The original version is V444. Now I have v474 after installing that APK provided.

Device INFO.
-8/256
-Poco F2 Pro
-Locked Bootloader
-Not Rooted yet
-Global Rom

You just installed the apk? I tried on Poco F2 global, MIUI 12 stable, but still on v444....

Try to change manually each app in the Game Preferences (Developer option) to Game Driver.

Then Clear data the AIDA64 and open it again to test if the Driver is now updated.

Btw. I'm using 7.9 BETA EU. So my driver was already updated because of the updates of the rom.

unlocked, rooted, twrp Mauronofrio

Installed [M]TeamDrivers_OpenGL-Vulkan_SD865_v4.4(44) on MIUI 12.0.1.0 global (debloated myself) without any issue from @ 444 -> @ 474 according to this thread.
Just flash the magisk uninstaller and magisk canary within twrp, reboot phone, flash [M]TeamDrivers_OpenGL-Vulkan_SD865_v4.4(44) within Magisk and reboot. Done! (use the GPU cache cleaner if needed)
You should see the v474 installed (use like aida64 app)
Although I don't see much improvement on antutu score, even a drop on open GPU...
Anyway installation went fine and credits to @Arda Süzen :good:

Well if there's anyone you should follow on making decent twrp versions then it's @mauronofrio
Check his github page and you'd found it easily : https://github.com/mauronofrio/android_device_xiaomi_lmi/releases/tag/3.4.0-1

Beware this is a test version. It can be installed without any issues though. At the moment no backup possible.
Be patient for more development on this version. I'm sure he will get it fully working as he did on other devices

Could anybody send me step by step manual, how to update driver without root? I have Poco F2 PRO. I downloaded GPU Driver Updater-com.xiaomi.ugd-A650.474.0-265047400 from GDrive, but when I install this apk and click to open, nothing happens after opening. Nothing will open.
Which apk I must install?

In my case, a higher version - 0495.0 - coming with a11 stable version of xiaomi.eu (12.1.2.0). I tried to upload image, by I didn't manage to.

I became from a11 a10, because I have some issues.
Gesture doesn't work fully. Also I cannot enter twrp, my password is not recognized.
But I will test soon weekly mmx. And I will see if gpu drivers is updated.

I am sorry that my comment may have been a bit misleading. As a matter of fact I don't have this version of driver by itself. As already mentioned in my previous message, I assume that my phone became enhanced with it following to the upgrade from 12.0.0.8 to 12.1.2.0 iteration of xiaomi.eu. The screenshot showing this fact couldn't be uploaded.

Just go to developer options > Game Driver Preferences > Enable for all apps > Game Driver. And you will get V474

I'm on Xiaomi.eu weekly 20.10.22. Driver version is 0502.0, so I guess I can only downgrade.

Yes, work fine, Its Easy, you can use Magisk Module or TWRP Flash if you want
