Question Poco X4 Pro | Automatic Switch Off

So now testing 2 days already and without shut downs/going off.

Working like below in my case.
- Battery Modus working on power mode
- Location Services disabled
- using a 3rd party Launcher (Nova Launcher)

Tested it passing 8-12 hours without touching the phone (normally in this period it was going off by itself, but on normal battery mode), tested it also on safe battery mode and there my phone is going off.

So we can see it's definitely a software bug for the majority.

Hope that we can soon use our phones normally.

Eu fiz varias ações e comuns de fóruns. Ele está ficando ligado por mais tempo. Mas durante a noite (fiquei horas sem mexer) ele desligou.
Também acredito que seja problema de software, mas não pode assumir o risco. Vou devolver o produto ao vendedor.

Just another person adding my voice - I also have this issue. My phone turns itself off regularly. Pretty certain it's a software problem though, as when something is running, like Spotify, I experience no shut-downs and generally the phone runs well when in operation.

Hopefully it will be fixed soon, as I really like this device. I think submitting frequent feedback via the form in Miui is a good idea

Just today I found it turned off after 2 days working well. Now I send it back to Amazon, will go for an other device.

But for sure the problem will be fixed in near future updates.

Thank you! - Yeah, I think it will be fixed, but it is a very frustrating issue, particularly just after the launch! If it still isn't fixed by the end of this month, I will probably return it to Amazon too

Mine is completely turning itself off and doesn't turn back on until I notice and manually boot it up again....very frustrating!

Hi all,

I contacted customer support about this again and they said it sounds like a software issue and after checking their system they told me that it's a known issue to the developers, so an update should be coming out at some point to fix it. They wouldn't give me a time scale, but I hope that it will be quite soon...Fingers crossed!

That's interesting! Do you have downloads set to auto download/install? Did you get an update?

I got an update to Miui 13.0.6 today and I'm just waiting to see if they've fixed the problem or not as the release notes were very generalised.

So far so good though...Really hope they've fixed it!

Nope. Using 13.0.5, no auto update. Didnt do anything, aned stopped rebooting..

Hah, that's very strange! I did have some longer periods without a shutdown, but it always happened at least 3 times per day.

I'll keep this thread updated with my experience.. Still no shutdowns today

Btw newest global is 13.0.10 so you use EEA or old global
