Very nice #1, #2 and #3! #1 is exceptional, you could edit a little and add some brightness and a little more contrast. ;)
For panorama use Photosphere. It's very good.
Those are edited in Adobe Lightroom on the phone ;) a little bit darker and stuff because I prefer them like that, a bit closer to real life and not so "Chinese" ;)

How did you do this with stock camera?? Is it a single hdr image or a stack?
It's actually stack and not the long exposure. To take it with long exposure I need to have an ND filter which I didn't.

I took 100 something burst photo with stock camera and then combined then in Photoshop. Then some editing in snapseed.

Did you use photoshop express (mobile) or desktop?

Desktop. I followed this tutorial. https://youtu.be/4Pe71nsIBhk
Instead interval shooting as shown in the video, I used burst in our stock camera. The phone was mounted though. It's very intensive computation in the Photoshop. Took me 2 hours to get it done. I should have downscaled the images or shouldn't have selected all of the frames.

It's interesting. I should try it. But 1 s exposure in the evening I think would have same effect.
Yes in low light I'll say even go for couple of seconds for smoothness. I don't think any camera app can go below 100 iso on our phone. On iPhone some apps can go as low as iso 10.

Here's one of the original frames for the reference.
