I tried all of that last night with DeepSkyCamera but I didn't figure out how to make the app to focus to infinite, the photos were completely out of focus so i had to use GCam and night sight mode and that was the result. That sounds about right. Just don't forget to also take dark frames (the same settings and ideally the same number of exposures but with the lens completely covered). You'll also need a dedicated software to later process the images (I've used a free Siril). For even better results you could take separate flat and bias exposures to even further remove the sensor aberrations.

Seriously taken by this cheap phone?I processed another version, with the still tree. Final version.![]()
I tried to take 30 raw with DeepSkyCamera but i didn't figure out how to focus the sky, every single raw i took were unfocused, but with GCam in night sight mode everything was focused.Hard to name your snaphot as astrophotography.
I used 60 RAWs to get this with my PocoF1:

It's a bug. I spoke and reported the bug to Michael, the developer of DSC and he fix it. He sent me the last apk, not on Play yet. If you want the apk to test it, just tell me.I tried to take 30 raw with DeepSkyCamera but i didn't figure out how to focus the sky
If you can share the apk I'll appreciate it, I think when the developer make the pro version, I'll buy it anyways. It's a bug. I spoke and reported the bug to Michael, the developer of DSC and he fix it. He sent me the last apk, not on Play yet. If you want the apk to test it, just tell me.
Focus for PocoF1 is at 0.1.
Anyway, you cam use for astrophoto with PocoF1 any other photo app who have manual controls and RAW.
Hi,I managed to get my version of a part of the Milky Way using pocoF1. I took 30 RAWs each with ISO 800 and 15 s. Stacked together and... look the result. Not bad from a phone camera, IMHO.
I'd love to try that version too if possible. If you can share the apk I'll appreciate it, I think when the developer make the pro version, I'll buy it anyways.
The result is impressive. Looks as if it have been taken through a telescope. At this pace we might even be able to take detailed moon terrain photos from our mobile on earth itself. [emoji1]I edited one of the pics with Milky Way and made it more colourful.![]()
There are many softwares for photo stacking. I used the free one, Deep Sky Stacker.Hi,
Awesome night sky pictures. How did you stack those raw files to combine into the results that you got?
Just boosted colors from picture after making some changes in white balance of the photo.By the way, have you added artificial colours yourself or just boosted the natural colors? The green and reddish and orangish tint looks beautiful.
Also can you share the full resolution edited and un edited pic as well? Would like to use it as a wallpaper on my poco f1.
