One with the stock camera manual mode. In this case I don't know how but the quality of stock was superior to gcam, I compared side by side the same photo.

I really like the bokeh!

Maybe, but Gcam gives the possibility to save RAWs, which are better than any jpg issued from camera. That's the limits of stock app.
