Still can't decide which one is better.
Gcam takes pics with more detail especially in low light.
Stock cam takes brighter pics with pleasing colour and better exposure in some cases.

It's easier to increase brightness /exposure in gcam.

Miui camera better in
1. HDR Pro photography
2. Eis video recording
3. Pro photography mode

G cam
Photo quality
Portrait photography quality
1. HDR on MIUI is very useless. I don't see it ever increasing any photo quality. HDR in Gcam is much better.
2. In gcam you can now go EIS in 1080p, 4k so I think GCAM is better in this department too. Plus, inside videos come darker in MIUI camera.
3. Gcam also has manual options. Have you tried them. MIUI camera doesn't render into RAW file which make pro mode less useful than gcam. If you are going to use pro mode, better you start using RAW mode.

Only plus point of MIUI camera in opinion is that it's reliability and slow modes.

This one. Pretty cheap.
This is really intriguing. I'm more interested in tele/zoom lenses as they make sense when we are taking photos in some events. Untill now I didn't know these external lenses could produce good quality.

The telephoto is only 2x the zoom. Might help a little bit but not much.

The macro lens is also super good.
Here's a sample of macro - https://photos.app.goo.gl/DSnFMoxByHNtVRWW6

These are also very good. These lenses have come a long way.

Look in my signature macros taken with a home made lens. ;) You could also read all pages of the thread to see more good pics.
That wide angle is... ****ty, I also have one, but I'm not happy with it.
I'm a fan of your photos. How you made your lens?
