The latest beta firmware fixes touch on pocophones with novatek displays. Even otherwise I was able to get a lot of kills just by tweaking the sensitivity in pubg settings. My KD ratio in squad is 6.15 rank ace and I have seen people with costlier phones not able to match my stats.

Since the first day my problem with games (PUBG Mobile) was only one: when you tap the screen at the first time, the sensibility is very fuzzy. It is not smooth and aiming just jump from a spot to other spot. Then, if you keep your finger on screen, everything is nice and smooth. I've noticed if you touch the screen with extreme careful, this problem not occours. Funny thing that my old phone had the same behaviour (Zenfone 3).

Anyone else?

Of course I had touch lag with typing, which is parcially solved on last stable update, but i'm talking about gaming now.

Just got the open beta 8.12.13 OTA, following are the observation :-

1) Keyboard lag is minimized.
2) Scrolling near edges is improved but still buggy near bezels.
3) YouTube picture-in-picture mode doesn't work in full screen gesture mode in poco launcher home screen.
4) Screen flickering in lock screen is gone but further need to be tested.
4) Icon refresh is still there when minimizing any app.
5) Back gesture now works properly when any app folder on home screen is open.
6) Tuch delay of back button of navigation Bar is gone.
7) Touch sensitive of screen is bit improved.
8) Something flower like icon is added in left bottom of lockscreen.
9) Notification icon is same as it was in previous beta.

Stop saying Bull****s!!!

Nah.. Ever since 8.11.29 there has been a lot of unexplainable multi touch/ghost touches especially when you're playing MOBAs or any games that require a lot of tapping. Sure the keyboard lag/ touch delay on the edges is fixed but after 8.11.29 mistouches/multi touches/ghost touches/and sometimes touches ARE NOT REGISTERING and some people are also having screen flickers and screen freezes until they lock and unlock the screen back for temporary fix.
I'm a Poco fan and I try my best not being bias and stating the truth

8.11.15=very noticeable delay on the edges of the screen/touch delay/keyboard lag and less multi touches error
8.11.23=touch delay on screen edges fixed but getting touches not registering on the navigation bar and the middle screen and screen freezes until you reset the screen
8.11.29=touches not registering is getting worse also a new problem which is screen flickers and the screen freezes is getting out of a hand
There is no such issues as I'm playing PUBG right from the day one on my poco f1. Your's must be a defective device. Get it serviced. Why are living with a device with so many issues???

I'm not bullshitting tho.
Ever sinced I I got my Poco and found it had some issues ofcourse I thought about going to a service centre and somehow get a new replacemnet or maybe a new screen replacement.
BUT I found out that even the replacedment units have issues. That's why I'm hesitant and thought it's about software

Absolutely - I'm inundated with chicken dinners since I got my pocophone, and I'm sucky at first person shooters normally. Perhaps those people complaining do actually have defective devices. Could it be though that [whisper it] they're not very good at PUBG?

EVERY Pocophone have this problem. You're winning too much because or you got used with the issue (reducing sensibiliy helps a lot), or you're killing only bots or just like me you're using gyroscopic to aim.

That's unusual - I just tried to replicate video that but couldn't. I'm using the standard settings, so it could be that I have gyroscopic aim on, but when I just looked in Settings, gyroscope is set to Close (rather than always on) and aim assist is off.
All I know for sure is that I'm having bags of fun - doesn't feel like I have this problem so I don't think I'm going to be helped any by searching for it

from stable 10.1.3.0 use poco around 1 month starting i notice there is touch latency on this phone i play pubg from i7 replace to poco cos i7 is too hot unable to handle the heat , when i start using poco to play pubg i feel very strange, touch latency, small swipe not registered, fast touch sometimes not registered and most headache is the aim really hard to aim if the phone dont register small swipe if swipe bit future it suddenly screen over turn, and after one month using it ok now im ok with it had to estimate the swipe (minimum swipe to turn and estimate after swipe screen overturn angle or touch on the screen few millisecond only swipe this can do small swipe),(touch slow down abit to let the phone can registered there is a touch),i think comming feb 2019 update said that will fix the touch issues if it really fix it i had to again learn the phone touch responds haha.

Dude, just think the scenario. You are currently running on a beta version so issues like Ghost touch and touch insensitivity will persist. Switch to stable and you'll be all good to go.
