Reason behind as stated by @XpLoDWilD :

I'm (co-)maintaining quite a lot of devices now, and people are always flooding my Twitter when a new version of Android (and CyanogenMod) comes out, to ask when their device will get some love. This happened with Android 4.1, 4.2, and will likely happen with Android 4.3 (announcing at I/O on May 15th) too.
To make everyone happy, I made this quick poll to let people express themselves what device they want to see ported first, as I never know myself which to start with. @XpLoDWilD

Let's vote for the Note and get the other devices busted
