Tried Kingoroot and let cycle through for a day with no luck. I also tried towel root and genius. The 4.4.2 version of towel root didn't scale properly so I was not able to execute it. Ill keep trying kingo. I really need to change the DPI.

After the horrible support and treachery of Omate? Why would any fool spend money on a product that will not offer half it promises with not customer service at all if it's broken or dead on arrival which often happens.
