Guys please help me I am getting a lot of ads while watching videos and chatting they suddenly stop videos especially while watching YouTube and chatting in hike they do appear only in these two apps

Yes (might be a little late but...) Go through your apps and uninstall everything that you don't use or are not sure what it is. Also do you remember when it started? What game or app did you install within the few days of this issue...
Also you can try (depending on app you might have to be quick) pressing recents button (if there's no app icon/name) tap and hold for app info (older versions Android) or tap app is on to open app info.....Uninstall the app

I've seen this problem before it's always an unwanted app sometimes an app not installed from play store...

Might be late to save you from a reset but hope this helps for next time
