There are two different versions of this theme! One version has A LOT of icons themed ICS blue (look at the first two images.) The other version is the regular port of Elegant theme.
Change log:
4/15/2013 - Changed the in and out data icons, changed the no signal icon to ICS blue, made the in call notification bar blue, made the silent and vibrate icons ICS blue on the regular elegant theme, fixed the signal bars and made them ICS blue, fixed a problem with a different set of signal icons displaying after using xposed framework, fixed the wifi icons, fixed the drop down bar active color to ICS blue.
4/10/2013 - Updated to Beans 13 and added more battery's. 48 options to pick from

4/9/2013 - I will no longer support Sense 4 recents, its nothing but problems for a lot of people including myself. I fixed the missing toggle text for the non ICS version and fixed a couple of images. (You'll probably not notice a change besides the toggle text.) Added a total of 31 batteries to pick from!.
4/3/2013 - Changed A LOT of icons to ICS blue. Let me know if you see something I missed. I also kept the non blue version.
3/29/2013 - Made the battery icon and 4G icons ICS blue to better match the theme, changed paper artist icon, updated to the newest OG Battery mods, added text to the toggles and kept the brightness slider.
3/21/2013 - Market icon, gmail icon, reverted back to stock Elegant settings, Google Talk icon and battery mods! (Screen shots above of the icons and settings.)
3/14/2013 - Made all the setting icons blue.
Added Elegant boot animation.
3/10/2013 - Changed the color of the signal bar and the drop down notification bar to match the rest of ICS blue.
Added a glow to the notification toggles. (Let me know what you guys think, image above.)
Fixed the battery animations. (Sorry, circle for now.)
Notes:
To change batteries go to settings>display>battery style.
This uses the stock email, and stock mms. If you are using anything other then this, it will be replaced or can cause problems. Sorry I wish I could have more options but im not familiar with AROMA. If someone can help me out that would be awesome.
If using Nova and the icons dont display then go to nova settings>look and feel>icon theme>default.
Change your clock and date settings under settings>date and time.
Download theme:
Wipe cache/dalvik and flash in recovery.
