I disagree, low light working fine - Temasek v71 boeffla kernel.

However, I am very keen to understand the possibilities of slow/fast motion video and also curious if anyone has managed to get the lenovo super cam working on cm10.2 or other asop 4.3.1 roms... anyone?

Low light works for me too in Temasek v70. The problem is that it crashes everytime I manually focus, in any mode. Do you have this problem too @m4rk84?

No. This thing is PERFECT for me. Have you disabled camera sounds? I read people solved the focus crash by disabling the sounds in camera settings...

Edit: I enabled shutter sounds and sure enough manual focus crashed the camera. Problem solved. Disable the annoying shutter sounds!

Disabling the camera sounds worked for me. Thank you.
EDIT: quoted wrong post, for some reason xda app selects the post above the one I select...random...anyway:

Read the last couple of pages, there are alternatives to stock video that work. I'm not re posting links, moto x cam works, cm10.1 cam apparently works for some (gives me numerous issues)

I can't remember the other alternatives, DIY ;)

tried it on i9305

Hi,
first thanks a lot for providing this!
I couldn't get it to work though... I'm on the i9305 with a CM10.2 nightly from 13.11.05. Installing it in CWM had no effect, the apk wasn't in /system/app. So i tried moving everything by hand through root explorer. That resulted in every camera app FCing :)

Too bad, since there is no camera app out there that can match the usability of the HDR and lowlight features of the samsung camera...

Greets!

HDR and Low Light are working. Perfectly. As the new firmware is released, he might provide us with an update. Well.. he has a personal life out there too.

Perhaps you have misinterpreted me, they are indeed working perfectly for me hence the reason I am staying on and loving the speed of temasek's kang.

It's not working perfectly. HDR mode (4.3 Android) does something wrong to the colours, especially red ones. Looks like the chroma is downsampled quite too much? See attached pictures- one is a normal shot, the second is an HDR Normal. Look at the reds.

Developers- anything can be done with it?

I haven't observed this on any of my pictures. I am a phone-landscape-photographer. :D And, nope. No such weird stuffs appeared.
