No, I tried but with no succes... I think it is because RR has it own navigation bar tweaks. When I was working on the systemui.apk I saw that the changes they made are not made on the normal way it need to be changed.

Dial *#*#4636#*#* from your mobile, go to phone information then at the last of that page you will see option to enable volte. Enjoy!! ?

I installed the rom, gapps and after it booted I installed the zip experience. Did I do it correctly?

Yes you've done everything good but you haven't read the first post I think... I haven't a port yet for TugaPower N13.1. There is only a port at this moment for the versions: N11.0, N12.0 and N12.1.

I am going to install the update after I wiped my system tomorrow. Then I will grab the files I need. When I have the time to do it, I can try port the navigation bar to the AOSP Nougat ROM for the OPO.
