No not here. But there is a thread here on XDA forums where you can find a ported navigation bar for Lineage OS on the OPO.

That's because the version of the phone app is not new enough (round icon is not in the package of that version). If you install a new version you get the round icon but you can't call anymore.

yes , you can . u just need to set the google phone as your default dialer.
