Install the newest .net framework(4.6.1) and it very well should

I have tried 3 sources for Dot Net Framework.
All of them say "Installation Blocked. Operating System Unsupported."
I have win7 64-bit.
Any alternate source I can try?

EDIT -

V4.5.2 is already installed, do I have to remove it before trying to update to 4.6.1?

Thats quite odd :/
Ill run some tests because im currently rebuilding the tool from scratch for my OpenSource AMLogic tools

Hmm odd, who knew :/ ill drop it down to 4.5 in opensource release

Download the tool, click the port tab, select pull recovery from device and click "create TWRP", that will generate a recovery specifically for yuour device
From there simple go to the flash tab and flash the generated file

What if you can't get rom again? Leelbox has released firmware for older version of the box but none for the newest that I can find on their site. Also since it's already on 7.1.2 would I have to downgrade it to 7.1.1 to use poison rom? It's a 2gb/16gb version.

Even I finished manual porting of recovery just 5 minutes ago!
Everything works flawlessly and I even added a few things like support for usb hub and upto 4 pen drives.
Also, I am hoping to port RedWolf recovery within next 30 hours, with help of a friend.

You could try manually flashing this 3.1.1-0 version to see if it works, download here or if you're happy with the older version, just stick with that, still will do what we need it to, up to you.

I downloaded from your link (here) and it works (both versions)

Only 1 thing ... is it possible to compress the backup? (it says an error and cancels the backup) ... it works without any compression.

i am attempting to port a recovery for t95-s1 as the only working twrp i have for it is a zip that i have to load from the original recovery. i am able to extract the recovery.img with amlogic flash tool, but when i try to port it i get stuck at 40% and the log just says:

Is there anyway this tool can convert a SD Card firmware img file into an AML firmware img file so that it can be used with the Amlogic USB Burning Tool ? This Android Box manufacturer has not made the AML version their firmwares available and owners are stuck with a brick unit once the SD Card update fails.
